Valid service area is within a 15km drive from Lower Hutt Central. $1 surcharge applies per 1km for properties further out, extending to a maximum radius of 40km, payable direct to 3 Sixty Cleaning or, please call 3 sixty Cleaning if you have questions and specific information
Parking charges may apply if parking is not available on your property
24-hour cancellation policy applies or voucher is void
Limit 1 voucher per customer per visit
Valid for move-out/move-in and carpet shampoo clean only
Does not include stain removal on the carpet
Steps not included in carpet cleaning but can be done for an additional $1 per step
Cleaning and carpet cleaning valid for standard-size rooms. Bigger rooms may incur additional charges
Rooms must have all furniture and contents moved out of rooms, prior to carpet shampoo, surcharge may apply for removal/movement of content or time taken to wait for removal after arrival
Every home includes 1 bathroom clean. Every extra bathroom will incur an extra cost of $35 per bathroom
Window sills are included but not glass cleaning
Blinds cleaning not included
Wall spots cleaning is included but not full walls. Full wall cleaning will be extra, need to be quoted after looking at the condition of walls
Roof cleaning is not included
Laundry area cleaning is $20 extra
